Hair fall in Germany is pretty common, so much so like when you move to any new place.

Why am I having Hairfall in Germany?

So many reasons combined can lead to hairfall, the most common ones are:

• Ofcourse, change of environment, water, wind, weather – everything external and kind of beyond your control at this point.
• Change of diet – you’re experiencing differently processed food items, maybe you’ve consumed bread alot lately (I don’t blame you, the bread is THAT good!)
• You are trying new hair products, from shampoos to hair masks etc

P.S People will tell you to install a water filter since the water is super hard in Germany. Here’s the truth – it does not really work so don’t waste any money.

Step by step solution – How to reduce hairfall in Germany

• Get yourself a mild hairfall shampoo in germany (one without silicone and sulphate works the best and does not dry and damage your hair as much). For me, Balea medicated shampoo from DM worked the best so far.

• Get your vitamins – Hair biotins from DM, Rossman or Edeka

• Most important tip that people don’t tell you – I know the weather is super cold and you cannot avoid warm water at all during the winters, but, do yourself a HUGE favour. Please start washing your hair with mild or cold water, I kid you not you will start noticing the difference in just a few washes.

• Hair oiling – yes the old ways still work. As someone who always suffered with hair issues, it took me a while to learn about my hair porosity which is low – meaning my hair hates dense thick oils and would break even more if i used oils like coconut, mustard oil, olive oil etc. After much research and experiment I found a combination of 3 oils worked best and gladly found them on amazon.de.

• Grapeseed Oil 40ml – Naissance grapeseed oil
• Jojoba Oil 40ml – Bionoble Organic Jojoba Oil
• Castor Oil 20ml – Naissance Castor Oil

A blend of these oil, with the given measurements and boom! So much improvement in hairfall and hair quality.
